Meetings - represent you at Corporation meetings
Disputes - assist you in preparing a case for mediation and if needed Court
Management - negotiate with your group and its manager to help achieve your needs (maintenance, approvals etc.)
Pre-purchase - advise you on state of a group (not under UnitCare) prior to purchase
Post-purchase - assist in resolving messes left by previous owner (monies not settled, orders not complied with)
Web Site - help design and develop a web site for your group of units - could include photos, plans, articles, newsletter, policies and more.
